Tez mysle, ze te dodatkowe zamowienia, to efekt upadku innych firm.

DocEnt - Nie wydaje mi się - bo my raczej przy licencyjnych gwintach, a nie słyszałem o zadnym zamknieciu w Aberdeen area. Przez ostatni tydzien meczyłem się z gostkiem z "Global" firmy z Niemiec - robie probna partie dla firmy, która wygrała jakiś kilku milionowy kontrakt dla Qataru. Takze chlopaki pracuja po 8 godzin przez weekend, a do tego zwykłe zlecenia.
Zreszta zauważyłem od paru tygodni więkdsze serie, gdzie np. w zeszłym roku podsyłali do nacięcia premium gwintu 1 moze 2 sztuki a teraz po 12 - 17 Hanger naraz albo kilkaset rur naraz.
Moze to tylko chwilowe ruszenie, ale mam nadzieje ze nie :)

CNC Machine Shop Supervisor

We currently have a position available for an experienced CNC machine shop supervisor to head up a small dedicated team of CNC machinists, setter/operators reporting directly to the General Manager.

This role is a great opportunity to join a leading engineering business in West Sussex. This role will ideally suit someone who has solid CNC skills with proven team leader/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities:
Working closely with the General Manager, Programmer, Production Engineers & the shop-floor staff, you will be responsible for all machining/milling/turning works on the busy shop floor.

You will be the main driving force for the scheduling of workload, allocation of all works to staff, trouble-shooting, Initial review and set up of new product, ensuring fastest cycle times possible are achieved, without sacrificing on quality, increasing the departments efficiencies & overall output.

The right candidate will have a determination to achieve the perfect results every time and the forward vision to constantly progress their staff, machining processes and maintain up to date machinery.

Candidate requirements:
Extensive experience in machining metals, comprising Stainless Steel, Inconel, Pure Iron, Copper and other materials on a range of 3 and 5 axis CNC machines.
Ideally previous Fanuc, Heidenhein and Delcam experience but not essential.

Ideal candidate would have a cross section of experience in both machined component and machined tooling manufacture.

Have a detailed understanding of CAD/CAM packages & offline programming.

Extensive experience in new product introduction.
Quick to learn new systems, machines & processes and the ability to pass this knowledge onto others.
Dynamic approach to all production works, ensuring the best/quickest solution is implemented & achieved every time.
Must be both quality & efficiency focused.
Able to make quick decisions but with a common sense approach.
Be able to drive the department forward and instill a sense of ownership & “a want to progress” in all shop-floor staff.
Strong communicator, able to lead from the front.
Calm and professional in approach.
Computer literate with good Excel Knowledge.
