There is a Fungi Collectors Code for the New Forest:
•No commercial collecting
•Obey any warning signs
•Never remove all the fungi in one area
•1.5kg personal limit (and if you’ve found this much you’ve done well!)
•If you don’t know what it is, it may be rare – leave it alone
"The nearest thing to a national policy is the code of conduct published by English Nature, the wildlife watchdog. It is all right to pick, says English Nature, provided you ask the landowner and stick to the code. Rare species should not be picked (but what's a rare species?), nor should we gather more than 1.5kg (fresh weight) per day from any particular site. Scotland has a similar code, issued by Scottish Natural Heritage. Both bodies are relaxed about picking for the family pot, but frown on commercial picking."

swoją drogą - limit na osobę? na dzień? na wizytę? za płotem mam las, po drodze do pracy zbiorę na obiad, wieczorem zbiorę na kolację, 3kg jak nic, a jeszcze jak dzieciaka ze sobą na spacer wyciągnę, to już grzybów na tydzień wychodzi, wszystko legal.
pomijamy już fakt, że chyba jako jedyny w okolicy wogóle je podnoszę. :)

Podobno zaczęły się grzyby ale ja lasów tu nie widzę nawet na lekarstwo.
Kto wskaże jakiś zagajnik ?
