We are currently seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team supporting our customers in the Central belt of Scotland with a base at our Denny Head Office. We have circa 110 employees working for us and have been in business for over 15 years.

The role involve working 30 hours per week Monday to Friday (9am-3pm) on a permanent contract at a rate of £13.50 per hour and will have access to a pension scheme.
Flexibility is required to cover early morning or evening shifts and audits which will be agreed in advance were possible.
Main purpose of job:
- Supervising direct reports with commercial cleaning of client premises.
Position reports to:
- General Manager
Position is responsible for: Cleaning Operatives
Main duties:
1. Influences and motivates direct reports to adhere to Company standards and
policies and processes and manages underperformance in line with Company
policies.
2. Demonstrate strong health and safety example to direct reports in PPE
compliance; being up-to-date with H&S Training and Company policies; using
products safely; completes H&S risk assessments and method statements on
time.
3. Always represents CCS Ltd in a professional manner in client premises and
responds swiftly and politely to customer queries.
4. Completes probationary/annual reviews, staff rotas and timesheets on time.
5. Ensures the cleanliness of client premises in accordance with Central Cleaning
Services Ltd and client cleaning specifications including hoovering, mopping
dusting and cleaning general areas.
6. Utilise appropriate equipment and cleaning materials in line with health and safety
standards and ensures direct reports do too.
7. Ensures both self and direct reports have clean and appropriate PPE to be worn at
all times in line with site risk assessments, including wear a face mask on-site as
part of covid 19 measures; if exempt, exemption badges must be on display at all
times.
8. Ensures self and team have correct use of colour coding for cleaning products and
adhere to cleaning schedules.
9. To work with staff rotas to covert shifts and ensure service is met
10. To be involved in cleaning of clients premises should this business need arise
11. Carry out good housekeeping (work area clean, tidy, products put away securely)
and checks that direct reports are also tidy.
12. Pre-check electrical equipment and report any defects.
13. Maintains smart appearance in line with Company uniform guide and ensures
direct reports are too.
14. Cleaning of client premises may be required to cover staff absences to ensure that
satisfactory level of service is met.
15. Complete training and regular updates as required and on time in Citation portal –
Atlas and supports team to do so too.
16. Adhere to Company policies and procedures.
17. Always ensures confidentiality regarding customer premises, direct reports and
employees.
18. Communicate professionally and effectively with regional supervisor, team and
management.
19. Experience with computers and software – excel and word competent
Qualifications:
