Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity on offer for a English and Italian speaking Document Prepper in Edinburgh!
Pay rate: £12.29 per hour.
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 4:45pm (37.5 hours per week)
This role requires individuals who can commit to our client’s project; interpret/analyse printed and written data and are able to use IT systems and apps competently. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to follow detailed instructions and handle data confidentially. Full Training will be provided.
As a Document Prepper, your responsibilities will include:
Working at pace in line with specific targets and goals
Adhering to site specific requirements for internal relocation assets
Checking document orientation, ensuring there are no creases or folds
Removing any staples and paper clips
Meticulously following processes
Decision-making and issue escalation
Competently using IT systems and apps
Performing general warehouse duties as required
